Sleep? This one stinks! Since she forced us to switch her to a toddler bed (by climbing out) in March she has rarely slept all night in her room. Where does she end up? Right in between mommy and daddy of course! It's just easier on all of us to start the night in our bed so we don't have to get her at 2 am! We are hoping renovating her room to a BIG GIRL room before the baby comes will change her sleep habits!
Eating? Girl loves everything food! Fruits, veggies, carbs, cheese, sweets, you name it! There's not much she won't eat! But she has spells where she eats like a bird or a hog. She's funny. She loves to drink milk, water, and orange juice. She's also starting to enjoy momma's chocolate milk :)
Potty? When she wants to. She knows when she needs to go and she usually prefers her diaper and then tells us to change it! I'm trying to bribe her into potty training lol
Words? Little parrot says EVERYTHING. And she's very clear. Many people are impressed with her vocabulary, I think it's because we have always talked to her like a person and not like a baby. She tells you what she wants and uses complete sentences a lot. Some favorite phrases:
Where's (insert anything here) at?
Somebody in the bathroom?
Hey guys!
Come on momma!
Get up dad!
And she knows her ABCs!!
Funnies? She constantly kills me with her personality. She's the funniest little thing! From her actions to her words to her facial expressions - they are all hilarious!!
We are beginning to plan her 2nd birthday party! It's going to be Minnie Mouse which is her current obsession. I'm having a hard time accepting that she's a toddler now and not a baby :( She needs me less and less each day....
